Marquette (3-2-1) comes into the match off a victory over UC Santa Barbara in a tournament in Minnesota.  The Golden Eagles have dominated opponents on the offensive end, outshooting foes by a count of 126-41.  However, the Golden Eagles are only putting in 8% of their shots.  Marquette is scoring 1.55 goals per game.

Marquette ‘s two losses have come in overtime, but the Golden Eagles are definitely a second-half team.  MU has scored the majority of its goals in the second stanza, 8 to 2.

Meanwhile, beating the Michigan State Spartans has boosted Milwaukee to #2 in the Great Lakes Region, trailing only the University of Illinois in the NSCAA poll.

The game will be televised on Time Warner Sports Channel 32.  Milwaukee leads the all-time series, 7-6-5, but are 4-4-1 at Valley Fields.
